Those who use a Geotab product should be able to contact Geotab to get support instead of passing them back to to a retailer

Thank you for using Geotab product, we are actually an engineering company, we only manufacture the device and software.  we are sold solely through authorized resellers. 

The resellers are professionally trained to help with any support questions you may have, that's why we always refer you back to your reseller. 

However, if you feel a particular reseller is not providing the service you needed, you can certainly contact Geotab and asking for another reseller in your area.
