
Connection to the server is not reliable
This website has become very slow. I consistently get "Connection to the server is not reliable" or the web page just "times out". Please fix. Its becoming almost impossible to research any vehicle in a cost/timely manor.

Sorry to hear the connection problems, and by website, I assume you meant the mygeotab software website? (Because you mentioned research vehicle and cost information, which only available inside our software, not our geotab.com information website).
I see you chose to use the anonymous option, please feel free to leave your contact information, so we can look into the problem for you, we do offer a PRIVATE post option, so the post is not public accessible if you are worried about privacy.
I will however, provide some generic responses for other users in case they have similar experience.
To get things started, have you tried to contact your reseller? Geotab is sold solely through authorized resellers, they are professionally trained to help with any support issue you may have. If the problem still exists, please feel free to contact Geotab directly at geotab.com/contact our contact information including phone number is listed.
I'm not a software developer, so this may not apply to all users, but If the website is returning "Connection not reliable" error, perhaps it's concerned about the account security, for example, if you using the internet from a coffee shop, with no https access, or any public internet access, the connection may not be secure indeed. Out of the concern of of security, the webpage/browser may return certain error before they allow you to login. Or maybe the browser you are using is outdated. I personally recommend using google chrome, because it automatically update the browser, but feel free to use any latest browser of your choice. Old browsers may not be fully supported.
