I would like to have an account manager who I can contact to add people to my account or send me a new card or fix a pin problem 

Rather than make me have to login to the website.

Thank you for reaching out to us, I'm so sorry to hear that, our feedback system is not constantly monitored, but have you tried to contact your reseller? They are the one who set up your account, they are supposed to help you with any support issues.

That being said, if you are having trouble reaching out to your resellers, we actually have a live chat support system, it's located at the bottom right corner of all our web pages.
