Thank you for reaching out to us, I'm so sorry to hear that, our feedback system is not constantly monitored, but have you tried to contact your reseller? They are the one who set up your account, they are supposed to help you with any support issues.
That being said, if you are having trouble reaching out to your resellers, we actually have a live chat support system, it's located at the bottom right corner of all our web pages. oil life maintenance report
I would like to add to the dynamic maintenance report - vehicles that are G6 geotab and can monitor oil life - have these specific vehicles show up on the report when the oil life is at 15% and less. How do I do this? I would also like to keep the same vehicles mentioned above on a millage basis for the report like the other vehicles, in case a driver resets the oil minder in the vehicle before the oil change is done.
